In the event that the Artwork is needed urgently, Please contact the Artist to discuss fast freight.
Prints will require 1-2 weeks to dispatch.

Change of Mind
I totally understand that choosing the perfect piece of art is a personal journey, so please select carefully as I cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including for both prints and original artworks.

Damaged Deliveries
I take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely. In the rare event that your delivery is damaged in transit, please follow these steps to help resolve the issue quickly:
- Photograph the entire package before opening it, capturing any visible damage.
- Photograph the artwork itself to show the specific damage.
After you have the photographs, please email them to stephaniecreighartgmail.com, and I will work with you to find a solution.
Artwork Descriptions and Colors
All photographs provided by the artist are part of the artwork’s description. Please be aware that colors may vary slightly due to differences in phone and computer screens. Consider this when making your selection, as I cannot accept returns based on these variations.
Lost Artwork
If your artwork gets lost on its way to you, please contact us. I am more than happy to discuss a refund or replacement.
Natural Aging of Paintings
My artworks are made to last, but like all art, they will naturally age over time. This natural process is not a basis for returns, but please reach out if you have questions about caring for your piece.
